Agreement and business capacity

By accessing wishboard.ai, you agree to these general website terms. If an Applicant accepts and signs an Offer, the Applicant enters that commercial agreement as the company or natural person identified in the Offer, acting in the course of trade or business. wishboard.ai evaluates startup ideas and arranges delivery under accepted offers; it does not autonomously build or operate products on the Applicant's behalf.

The evaluation and offer

Tier decisions, revenue-share figures, improvement guidance and pricing are produced with AI assistance and provided on an as-is basis. An offer is not a promise of any commercial outcome, funding, acceptance, or a higher tier after more material is supplied.

Service modes, fees and revenue share

Every accepted offer selects one of three modes: code only, managed operations, or managed operations and growth. Code only has no ongoing service subscription. A managed-service subscription starts only after readiness and your separate activation. All four non-decline tiers carry the revenue share stated in the counsel-versioned signed agreement. Platform-usage billing is separate from managed-service billing.

Code, product IP, assets and personal data

Before both parties sign an Offer, the applicant retains the idea, submitted materials and other independently owned Background IP. After signing, ownership and licence rights follow the signed agreement. For all accepted offers, wishboard.ai owns the Project IP and owns or controls Company-provided domains, hosting accounts, platform infrastructure, database structure, platform software and non-personal derived assets. Venture-specific modifications created later by or for the applicant are assigned to wishboard.ai and automatically covered by the same Applicant Venture licence; the applicant's independently owned Background IP is excluded. Applicant-procured and Applicant-paid accounts remain the applicant's. The applicant receives the Venture-only licence stated in the signed agreement. Royalty-free applies only to that Project IP licence and does not include hosting, LLM/API usage or other services and resources. The applicant may use the Venture free of charge in the capacity of an end user, excluding Variable Usage Charges directly attributable to, or measured by, that use. Such usage remains metered and subject to the Venture's per-user limits. Personal data is not owned as a commercial asset; it is processed under the Privacy Policy and the applicable counsel-versioned signed agreement.

Signatures, amendments and exit

Both parties must sign the frozen offer terms before the Venture is provisioned. A change to signed commercial or legal terms requires a separately signed amendment. Every non-decline tier has an exit policy for both the whole Deal and cancellation of managed service: at a higher tier the applicant exit obligations are stricter and wishboard.ai's exit obligations are less extensive. Exact periods, grounds, costs, cure rights, refunds and transition duties appear only in the counsel-versioned signed agreement, which prevails over this summary.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for the lawfulness of the idea you ask the platform to evaluate and deliver. You must not submit content you have no right to share.

Warranties, liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law the platform is provided without warranties. These website terms may be updated, with the effective date shown above; an update does not silently amend an already signed agreement.
