Who is responsible

What we process and why
We process what you submit for the purposes you consent to on the consent screen: evaluation (required to score your idea), simulation dataset (optional), and delivery-team raw access (optional). Billing and payout details are processed to take payment and pay your share. If you accept optional Google Analytics, Google receives online identifiers plus page and request information so we can understand aggregate visits and page usage.
Legal basis
Google Analytics is an optional purpose whose legal basis is consent. Google is a recipient and processor for ordinary Google Analytics data. Performance of a contract is the basis for evaluation and deal delivery, and legitimate interests are the basis for security and fraud prevention.
Automated processing and AI
Your submission is analysed by AI systems to produce a tier and an offer. Where AI-generated content is shown to you it is labelled as such (EU AI Act Art 50). Internal decision provenance is retained for accountability. Your personal-data access and portability rights are described below.
International transfers
Some data is processed in the United States by our cloud provider (Amazon Web Services). Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy) and, as an additional safeguard, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and data minimisation. If you accept, Google Analytics data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. Before launch, we must verify and document the Google contracting entity, governing data-processing terms, processing locations and transfer mechanism.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the public Support page or at support@wishboard.ai; you may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose, then anonymise or delete it under our retention schedule. The browser-local Analytics choice expires after at most six months. This is separate from Google Analytics event-data retention, which is governed by the Analytics property setting. The exact setting must be verified and disclosed before launch. Accountability records (money, consent) are kept as required by law.
