Prepaid usage credit
Top-up credit is prepaid against future platform LLM usage. Unused credit may be refundable on request, subject to the conditions below and to applicable consumer law.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees cover the billing period in which they are charged. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated unless required by law.
Build fees and revenue share
One-off build fees and signed revenue-share terms are governed by your term sheet rather than this page.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your account email to request a refund. Eligibility, non-refundable items, and your statutory withdrawal / cooling-off rights are set out in your applicable order terms and mandatory consumer law.
